<p>About 70.9% of the earth is covered in water. Water is vital to all life forms. Water comes in different forms. In fact, recent research has shown that about 65% percent of obese individuals are women. This has been attributed to a couple of factors among them being their body structure. Women’s bodies are naturally full of flesh. This increases the risk of fat accumulation, hence obesity. On the other hand, women are not as active as men in strenuous activities. This way, men are at a lower risk of accumulating fat as compared to their female counterparts.</p>
<p>However, it is possible for women to lose weight at a faster rate than that of an average man. As long as she will stick to three main policies, then it can take her as little as twenty one days to lose weight. It might even take less time. </p>
<p>The first policy is based on diet. Research done on some of the overweight individuals showed that the main causative agent for fat accumulation is unhealthy diets. Foods rich in fats, carbohydrates and other kinds of junk foods are the main causes for this disorder in women. It is advisable to stick to foods that will build the body and not just those that will fill the stomach and not get digested. </p>
<p>This includes foods high in fiber, proteins and vitamins. A good example is a vegetable salad; it is a snack yet healthy. Sugary items should also be avoided completely. In this case, cooking should be done without fat whenever possible. Opt for steaming or even boiling methods. Still on that note, eating habits also improve the rate at which one gains weight. <p>The next policy is based on exercise. The food that ewe take goes to waste if we do not exercise. Even the healthy diet that you will stick to will be useless if you do not complement it with some exercise. Exercises, and especially those related to the heart, are very helpful when it comes to burning calories. In turn, this will result to cutting weight. Therefore, everyone should find a way in which they will perform a couple of routines on a daily basis. The most common options are setting up a gym at home or becoming a member of a particular gym. A normal woman can take juice for breakfast, then a snack as she travels to job, another snack about an hour before lunch and then lunch. <p>As you know, the more foods we take the higher the rate of calories intake. This nature is attributed to the cravings that women experience all the time. On the other hand, their metabolic rates are quite high. This is a good thing since losing weight is an easier job for women unlike for men. </p>

If you closely examine a woman’s body and compare it to a man’s, you will find that the woman has a huge chunk of meat that the man does not have. This is fat that has accumulated due to the eating habits that I have stated above. These huge chunks of meat are found around the hip area, on the arms and even around the love handles. All these chunks of meat are also a contributing factor to the high body weight of women. </p>
<p>When it comes to men, the whole weight losing process tends to be a difficult mountain to climb. Men have very low metabolic rates. This affects their weight cutting ability since low metabolic rates means the man will not be able to quickly reduce the amount of fat in his body. As a result, men have to undergo thorough exercise routines and strictly stick to particular diet plans so as to lose the excess weight. If one does not stick to this, them the weight will come back easily. However, men should stick to exercises; it is their only option if they are to effectively lose weight.   </p>
